Dry Barbeque Rub
4 tbsp Brown sugar

1 tbsp Hickory Salt

1 tbsp Oregano

1 tbsp Cumin

2 tbsp Garlic Powder

2 tbsp Chili Powder

2 tbsp Paprika

1 tbsp Onion Powder

2 tbsp Mustard, Dry

1/4 tsp Cayenne

Mix dry ingredients thoroughly. Rub generously into skinless chicken, pork chops, or whatever. Let the meat 'marinate' for an hour, then toss on the grill for a slow cooking.
