Hot Times Rub
2 tbsp Kosher Salt

2 tbsp Brown sugar

2 tsp Ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp Dry mustard

1/2 tsp Cayenne

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Use the rub on fowl, but especially on turkey. Excellent!!
