Marcia Lynch's Favorite Flank Steak Marinade
1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce, about

1/2 cup Sweet vermouth, about

** chopped garlic to taste

1 tsp Beau Monde, spice mix**

**Purchase in spice section of market.

Make diagonal slices, not too deep in flank steak. Marinade it at least four hours. I do it overnight. Cook over hot barbeque, turn after 4 to 5 min., and watch carefully. If you like it rare. Slice in very thin slices across the grain. Wonderful!!! MC formatted by badams.
