Merle's Mop Sauce
1 cup Vinegar, cider or wine

5 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2/3 cup Salad oil

3 tbsp Butter

1 Lemon, thinly sliced

3 Cloves, crushed

2 tbsp Ginger, grated

2 tbsp Dry mustard

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat until flavors are nicely blended. Use to baste any meat or poultry. Posted to MC-Recipe Digest V1 #171
