Paprika Barbecue Sauce
1 cup Catsup

1/2 cup White vinegar

1/2 cup Butter or margarine

1/4 cup Firmly packed brown sugar

1/4 cup Paprika

2 Lemons, juice of

1 tbsp Pepper

1 tbsp Plus 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

2 tsp Prepared mustard

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/4 tsp Hot sauce

1 Clove garlic, minced

Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan, stirring well; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer sauce, uncovered, 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Use sauce for basting, or serve with chicken, beef, or ribs.
