Peach Cobbler, Diebetic

1/3 cup Butter

2 cup Fresh peach slices

3 tbsp Powdered sweetener

1 cup Flour

3/4 cup Skim milk

1 1/2 tsp Baking powder

Date: Mon, 15 Jul 1996 15:28:25 -0700 Melt butter in a 1 1/2-qt. baking dish. Add peaches to melted butter. Mix together the sweetener, flour, milk and baking powder. Pour over peaches but DO NOT STIR. Bake at 375 until golden brown. Serves 5.
