Polynesian Teriyaki Sauce
1/2 cup Soy Sauce

1/3 cup Apricot-Pineapple preserves

1/2 tsp Ginger

1/4 tsp Garlic powder

1 tbsp Cornstarch

1/4 cup Water

Combine first four ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil slowly. While sauce is cooking, combine cornstarch and water and add to sauce. Cook until sauce thickens. Source: Best Barbeque Recipes by Mildred Fischer
