Spicy San Antonio Rub
1/4 cup Salt

1/4 cup Pepper

2 tbsp Garlic Powder

1 tbsp Cumin

1 tbsp Cayenne

Mix the ingredients thoroughly in a plastic bowl or sealable freezer bag. Sprinkle on meat evenly on both sides, shake off excess rub.
