Vinegar (Sour) Sauce
1/4 cup White Vinegar

1/4 cup Fresh Lime Juice

1 tbsp Minced Garlic

1 tbsp Fresh Chile Peppers (Your Choice), minced

1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro Or Oregano, roughly chopped

Salt, to taste

Cracked Black Pepper, to taste

Mix all ingredients well in small bowl; cover and refrigerate until time to use.

Makes about 3/4 cup.
