Vinegar Basting Sauce
2 cup Red wine vinegar

2 cup Water

1/3 cup Firmly packed brown sugar

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp Dry spice rub (see recipe above)

1/2 tsp Hot sauce

Combine all ingredients in a medium-size bowl, stirring well. Cover and let mixture stand at room temperature 8 hours.
