West Coast Wonder
Ingredients
1 cup Hoist sauce

1/2 cup Rice vinegar

1/4 cup Soy sauce

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

2 tsp Fresh ginger root, minced

1 tsp Ground Anise seeds

2 Cloves garlic, minced

Preparation
Combine the ingredients together in a saucepan and warm them over low heat for about 10 minutes. Serve the sauce hot or at room temperature. It keeps, refrigerated, for several weeks.
