Yangtze Chicken
2 lb Boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in 2-inch cubes

1 Pineapple, cut in 2-inch chunks


1/2 cup Soy sauce

3/4 cup Ketchup

1 cup Dry white wine

1 cup Orange marmalade

4 tbsp Honey

16 Skewers

Mix marinade ingredients in large bowl. Add chicken and mix well to coat. Marinate for at least 1 hour in refrigerator. Alternate chicken and pineapple pieces on skewers. Grill 1 to 2 minutes on each side or to desired doneness. Posted to MC-Recipe Digest V1 #214
